Furnishing a full condo with a minimal budget for a relocating bachelor desiring a near turnkey experience, who intends to utilize his condo as a vacation rental when he travels. He needed a space that was masculine, but also in touch with his down to earth qualities and functional for company and guests. He feels at home in spaces with a bit of vintage charm, that are reminiscent of pieces older members of his family may have once cherished.
