Med Spa Interior + Event Design

Our team was tasked with designing the Med Spa's first brick and mortar location, helping turn it into a destination for self-care. It was important to us to curate a space that reflected the hospitality and warmth of the owner and her staff. We began consulting from the early stages of adopting the space, modifying walls, and updating the flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

We remained committed to delivering a luxury experience for guests and staff alike while honoring a budget to minimize initial overhead as continued onto furnishing and decor selections, and personally applied custom art installations throughout. The Med Spa thrived during it's soft opening phase, and the owner invested in a branding update. We were then contracted for a new phase to update the Med Spa's decor to fit its new identity, and to design and execute a weekend of Grand Opening Events.

We phased our deliverables so that decisions and milestones could be staggered in the build up to the event, using virtual platforms to project manage all facets of the process. This included designing and installing the event decor, curating, procuring and plating the menu, designing all graphic collateral, and even garnering press with two esteemed local publications. We curated custom VIP gift bags for Friday evening's exclusive influencer + invite only event to help drum up some buzz, and custom Favor bags for the general public for Saturday's Ribbon Cutting + Reception.

We loved the process of supporting another small business as they scaled into a new chapter of their journey. Witnessing them flourishing is the most fulfilling part! View this project organized in reverse, starting with the event, working backwards towards the initial inception.
